Returns:
We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy, but we also know that,
for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.
Faulty/Change your mine /Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel-
Replacement/Refund
Don't worry if something doesn't fit or it's not suitable because you can return the goods for a refund or exchange.
You have 7 days from the dispatch date in which to return the goods.
Return the Jewellery to us in the original condition:
v You must notify us (info@rings-4u.com) of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.
v Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
v A full refund of the order total will be processed.
v The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Please note:
You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage and we would recommend you send the item Signed For .
Engraved /special order:
Do not get rings engraved until you are sure that they fit. We do not give refunds for rings that have been engraved or special order. If the ring is indicated as a 'special order' it will be individually hand made to your specifications. It will be very difficult for us to re-sell.
Incorrect Orders/Substitutes:
v In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies.
v Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund.
v We recommend that you re-purchase your item from our Shop under a separate transaction.
v Please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded.
Refunds:
We do not credit back the return postage cost.
Exchanges: In the case of an exchange of size we will send the jewellery out again to you at no additional cost. For an exchange of product we will charge you postage and packaging since we have to create a new order for you.
